| This a first post for me so if I'm missing any info please let me know I'll try and include everything I know up to this point including the fact that I'm about to pull my hair out haha! Anyways, my car is suffering from hesitation while driving. It often drives seemingly fine while cold, but starts to buck or hesitate as soon as it reads warm. As well, couple small things I just noticed are that it seems to do it more if I turn everything on (as if to test the alternator), but its such a small change that I am not sure if I'm imagining it and just wanting to solve the problem or if an alternator could cause that small of a change. I've had the multimeter out for days on end now doing everything I could and haven';t found anything that is immediately obvious but perhaps it is to someone whos more experienced with these cars. I've been following these two sites as guidance: [ http://www.twinturbo.net/nissan/300z...hesitate2.html ] and [ http://www.zhome.com/ZCMnL/PICS/hesi...esitation.html ] so far to no avail. I ran computer codes using the pot, but got nothing. Turned it to mode 2 for o2 sensor check and they read normal while driving and revving around 2000rpm, Bought new coolant sensor (for 20 bucks wth) cleaned coolant sensor connector, although it has a bit of corrosion so I am going to replace it Cleaned both tps connectors and re positioned tps to read .45v at the first point of resistance for hard idle switch Removed maf sensor, checked air filters, cleaned maf, wire looked fine and voltage was fine. changed spark plugs with oem spec ngk's checked voltage on cas and removed it to rotate to listen to all 6 injectors There might be more that I can't remember but I've followed that guide fairly thoroughly and still have the problem although it seems slightly better after the new sensor so I am thinking the connecotr might help too. Anyways, I figured i'd post since I couldn't find a recent hesitation post on here and maybe someone has come across a new problem since the last one a couple years ago. Any suggestions or help would be ,much appreciated as I'm new to owning the car and new to these forums so I'm kinda in the dark. Thanks!!
